High School Stardom
Born on September 28, 1993, Carr gained national attention during his tenure at Patterson High School in Baltimore. His electrifying performances not only drew massive crowds but also reportedly led to a decrease in local crime rates during his games, earning him the “Crimestopper” moniker. His high school coach noted, “The crime in East Baltimore probably goes down during our games.”
In 2011, Carr showcased his talent internationally by leading the U.S. junior team to a gold medal at the Junior International Tournament in Milan, Italy, averaging 40 points per game. His standout performance included a 45-point game, after which Italian fans carried him off the court in celebration.
Professional Pursuits
Initially committing to Seton Hall University for the 2013–14 season, Carr later pursued professional opportunities. He joined the NBA Development League’s Delaware 87ers in 2013, where he averaged 10.7 points in 14 minutes per game over ten appearances. Despite declaring for the 2014 NBA Draft, he went undrafted and subsequently explored international play, including stints in Canada and Cyprus.

Carr has continued his basketball career with various teams, including the Baltimore Hawks of the American Basketball Association (ABA) and, more recently, the Reading Rebels of The Basketball League (TBL).
